I would like to commend and thank one of your employees at your St Charles Blvd, Kirkland branch, for her outstanding help with a delivery on Sunday.My family is going through a bereavement and I wanted to cheer them up with one of your Edible Arrangements. I called the store and realized that I was a bit too late to be able to have the arrangement delivered on the same day, the driver finished at 3pm and could not do it.Olivia Ma, with whom I had spoken, offered to deliver the arrangement herself to the house of my son and his family, after her shift. They do not live far from the store and she so very kindly realized how important it was for them to receive this today and decided to do it herself.I wanted to give her something to say thank you but she refused to take anything. I therefore decided that a nice thank you would be to let her superiors know what a great employee you have. I truly hope you will find a way to extend my gratitude to this lovely and outstanding employee you have. You are lucky to have her and I was lucky to have her as well on my day of need.

First time there, the quality of service that young woman offered made me forget the price and actually makes you happy to leave the door with the present of your loved one

I placed an order this morning (11:30am) and it was delivered by 2:00pm!... Also, the lady who took my order by phone was very nice and friendly. I forgot her name but she told me she speaks Spanish.

it this allowed negative number review I would be more than willing to do so. My request when placing the order was that it delivered by 12:30 PM. It was not and I was not notified. At the end of the day when I called i was told it was a short window. They had no problem taking my credit card number to charge me but obviously could not take my phone number to notify me. I was told this would deliver Saturday. I asked they delivered in the morning because I could not guarantee someone would be there after noon. I was told no problem. At the end of the day I check in again and they confirmed it delivered between 4-5 PM (not the time asked). I called the receiver of the gift and after looking in the yard, asking the neighbor they confirmed they did not get anything. During the whole process I was dealing with a nice employee. It was not her fault and I appreciated her help. I asked several times for the owner to call me directly and of course he never did. After the owner deciding to do his own research because he did not believe us. He went to the receiver's house asked all people living the home for a signature to confirm it was indeed not the same signature on the delivery receipt. Turns out the driver confirmed giving it to a man on the sidewalk who claimed that was his home. If only the driver went through the same protocol the owner did to try and prove his point. 4 days later after constantly calling and telling us there's nothing they can do. The owner agrees to deliver a replacement gift. (All communication was done through the nice employee as the owner was too arrogant to call). Deliver was done yesterday afternoon. Edible arrangements is not cheap and you would think the service would match the prices. I am to never return here. It is very unfortunate as it was my go to and the go to of the company I work for. Bottom line I am paying 89 dollars for the arrangement and delivery that I did not get. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE THAT CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND NOT ABOUT PROVING THE CUSTOMER WRONG. I have better things to do then to steal fruit.-- Once again the owner proves in trying to make a point instead of providing a sincere apology. FYI you did not have the receiver's number but you had mine and I was never given a call saying you would not be able to deliver. I had to check in. That is what seems like poor service to me. This was not delivered due to the construction or whatever excuse you provided because when I called around 3 PM it still had not left. The driver did not ring as there was no one at home. He gave it to a random Joe on the street. Please have the driver go about the same protocol you put the gift receiver through to try and prove a point. Asking for a signature maybe next time ID or wait to see if the person the arrangement was handed to actually walks into the home as proof they're from that address ? I have recommended you many times. Just like i was able to recognize the positive in previous events I need to also recognize the horrible service that took place this time.
