Customer service is very slow to respond Discrepancies in the order status update. Beginning of the week it showed as completely shipped. After requesting tracking number I get response that it will be shipped Thursday. Originally, I was promised to get the order by end of June. Today is 07/05 and it suppose to be shipped today. Order was placed on May 19th.Granted that custom order but to get any updates on time lines was a hustle. Great selection of items but whole process left very bad impression.
