Terrible service and terrible crew! My dog had an infection that destroyed all his nails. He had a surgery to remove all the nails. Turns out the area where the surgery occured, his hair were not shaved and his paws were totally UNCLEANED AND Freakin HUMID after the bandages were removed!!!THAT IS TOTALLY A LAZY JOB FROM THE CREW, DOING A SURGERY WITH UNCLEANED PAWS IT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!! Where do you see the blood gushing and the nails ? You're doing a blind surgery ! We paid over a thousand of Dollars for this clinic , it seems that they are doing a very unprofessional job for a simple surgery.You guys do not care about my dog's health , but just OUR HARD EARNED MONEY!My baby dog had to live in misery and it should be uncomfortable. His paws sticked like hell! Due to the lack of cleaning and shaving his hair before and after the operation.You should give a little more effort on doing your job well !!!!The funny thing is that the clinic called us after 2 weeks from the operation that we have to come back to give the ANTIBIOTICS that they forgot 2 weeks earlier !I HAVE 3 DOGS , MY FAMILY AND MY DOGS GET MORE SICK OF THEM EACH TIME WITH THEM.PLEASE DON'T EVER BRING YOUR DOGS TO THIS CLINIC! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG'S HEALTH , THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY !
