Went today (just opened) and ordered extra shiitake on two bowls (totaling 6$ extra) and one bowl with specificallyno beets, drove home, got comfortable, put on Netflix, opened both bowls; no extra shiitake and beets in the one bowl specified not to have any :/ Went back, manager didn't really believe us... wasn't greatest experience.

The food is good but the service is really frustrating if you intend to order online. First time I did I came to the place to realize that the person didn't notice the order got in.. second time I decide to call ahead in order to make sure they prepare the meal ahead this time but the person says "sorry we don't take phone orders you need to purchase online" I explained then that the last time the order was left unnoticed that I wanted to make sure they check it this time. I make my order online like a good boy but hey surprise when I got to the restaurant the order wasn't taken.... This has happened also to the Mont Royal branch as well.. I guess their online order system isn't good... luckily the food is excellent just too bad the dogs had to wait 20 minutes in the car.......
Finally a real salad option for the area. I was constantly frustrated by the lack of options for vegetarian food in this area, so Copper Branch is just the kind of place I have been looking for. The location is new (as of 07/2018) so people need to be patient with growing pains. The menu is pretty extensive and variable. Free water to go along with your meal from a bowl that looked like a wash basin. There's plenty of seating and parking is easy. Salads! W00!
I would have to agree with Nicholas's comment. If you order anything and ask to not put onions, beans or any ingredient they will always put it in your meal 100% of the time. Doesn't matter which copper branch location you go to. Some people have food sensitivities such as IBS and adding onions or beans can trigger an IBS attack. The food is great and staff is friendly, but there seems to be an error in the process from cashier to cook. This has not been fixed since I have been a copper branch customer for a year +.
