Not good anymore. The service is very slow and rude. The girls are legargic. They had to come back four times: one time for my order, the second time to clean the table as it was disgustingly dirty, the third to bring my tea and the forth to time to bring milk for my tea!! I'll never go back!! Maybe only if I have to buy a full pie and not to eat there!!
Hair in nachos. Plastic in the cheese. Waitress skipped over guests orders. Painfully wished my mom a happy birthday. Walked away as she was saying happy birthday. Didnt understand how the bills where going to be split after we explained 3 times. Took forever to come gather our plates but was having a conversation with her boyfriend. I grew up going to this restaurant. One bad night, I will never go back. Avoid this place.
I have been to rockaberries many times and I enjoy their pies. However the portions that they give per piece for the price you pay keep getting worse! I asked the lady at the counter very nicely if she can give me a little bit more as my piece was very small and she was reluctant to do so. I paid 9$ for a small piece of pie! Do not recommend this place!
Good place to sit all day and study with free wifi and cheap coffee- they do have dairy free lattes. But the waitress I had was awful! No sense of responsibility, bad customer service. She told me there was a 'rich tasting, it's like black chocolate' option, what came was inedible icing on top of a thin layer of bland chocolate cake that you could find in any cheap mass produced supermarket fare. I couldn't eat most of it because icing is dairy, and she hadn't thought to warn me this would be the majority of the 'pie' even though I told her I couldn't have dairy. I asked if she could refund or deduct from the price of another purchase but she said no and didn't even bother showing any sympathy or sounding concerned.
Pies are great but take it to go. Service is always incredibly slow at this location
